The portrait is probably, both in painting and in photography the oldest and still the most important project. Here it is important to depict the person naturally and advantageously. Which way he goes depends very often on the spatial possibilities and the available light. Not always is full sunshine or even an extensive studio necessary. Rather, it is the recognition and elaboration of the optimal conditions of the person to be portrayed that is decisive.
